  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.

Part II: Purchase, Return, and Refund Policy

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Order Cancellation & Changes: Order changes and cancellations can only be requested on the same day the order is placed, as orders are sent to our fulfillment center almost immediately. Colors, models, or quantities cannot be changed individually; only full-order cancellations are supported.

Section 7 – 30-Day Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Period: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the condition of the product.
  • Shipping Instructions: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Domestic US customers may receive a prepaid return label (valid for 20 days) during the support process.
  • Promotional and Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Part III: Limited Warranty Policy

Section 8 – Warranty Period and Coverage

  • Brand New Products: Covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • Refurbished Products: Covered by a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal, expected use. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, TREBLAB will, at its discretion, replace the product with the same or an equivalent model, or issue a refund of the original purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration is not covered under warranty. Second-hand merchandise purchased from unauthorized channels or items used for commercial/industrial purposes are not covered.

Part IV: Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Section 9 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
  • In no case shall TREBLAB, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages) arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
